Occupation Orders/ Injunctions/Non-Molestation Orders
Our Process Servers at Swift Process Servers can assist you if you are experiencing domestic violence and need protection. Regardless of your location in the UK, we can certainly help you in this matter. To ensure a Non-Molestation order is served swiftly and correctly, it is strongly advisable to use a Process Server to handle this matter. We provide a fixed fee for this service UK-wide, with an unrivaled 2-hour TAT for the most urgent time-sensitive instructions, and a standard 1 to 3 days TAT.
At Swift Process Servers, we understand the sensitive nature of a Non-Molestation matter and can assist you with getting the order you require for your safety. Once the Non-Molestation Order has been served, the respondent must obey the Court Order. If the respondent fails to comply with this order, this constitutes a criminal offense and can result in imprisonment or a fine. The order prohibits the Respondent from using or threatening violence, communicating with the Applicant, and entering any premises where the Applicant is known or believed to be residing.
To instruct a Process Server to serve a Non- Molestation Order, you can email or post the papers to us for service, including the application, supporting witness statement, and any other information on the respondent that will assist us in a successful service. Once we receive the papers from you, we will attempt service on the respondent.
Please note, if you or anyone you know is a victim of domestic abuse, it is imperative to seek help and advice from the relevant authorities, such as the Refuge National Domestic Abuse Helpline or the police.
