Our company provides process serving services to individuals, law firms, and corporations in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. - Fees
Our fees are based on the complexity of the service requested, the location of the individual or entity being served, and the time frame required for completion. We will provide a detailed estimate of fees before starting any work. - Payment
Payment is due in full upon confirmation of instruction unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payments are to be made via bank transfer upon receipt of invoice. - Timeframe for Service
We strive to complete all services in a timely and efficient manner, however, we cannot guarantee specific completion dates or times. We will keep our clients informed of any issues or delays that may arise. - Refunds
Refunds are not available for services already rendered, but we will work with clients to resolve any issues or concerns they may have. - Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of our clients and their legal matters. All information provided to us will be kept confidential and will only be disclosed as required by law or with the client’s written consent. - Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount of our fees for services rendered. We will not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages. - Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from the services we provide. - Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement at any time by providing written notice. Any outstanding fees or expenses must be paid in full upon termination. - Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which our services are provided. - Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
